The service we provide

ZADX SMS is a communications platform that lets you send transactional SMS messages and one-time passwords (OTPs) to mobile numbers through our API and dashboard. The Service includes application API keys, registered sender IDs, prepaid credits and subscription plans, message logs, and supporting tools.

We route and deliver your messages through our platform. Final delivery to a recipient can be affected by factors outside our control, and ZADX SMS does not guarantee delivery.

Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must keep your login credentials, API keys, and API secrets confidential.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or credentials.

Acceptable use and recipient consent

You may only send messages to recipients who have given you the legal right to contact them. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid consent.

• No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or messages to recipients who have not consented.
• No phishing, fraud, scams, or impersonation of any person, brand, or authority.
• No illegal, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.
• No content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination country.

Sender IDs

Sender IDs you register must accurately represent your business and must not impersonate a third party. We may require documentation to approve a sender ID and may reject or revoke any sender ID that violates these terms or applicable requirements. Sender IDs may be altered or overridden by factors outside our control.

Credits, plans, and billing

The Service is offered on a prepaid credit and/or subscription basis. Sending messages consumes credits according to message length, encoding, and the number of segments, as described in our documentation.

• Successfully accepted messages consume credits even if delivery to the recipient later fails.
• Purchased credits and subscription fees are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing or plan features.

API keys and security

API keys and secrets authenticate requests to the Service and must be protected like passwords. You are responsible for all usage performed with your keys. We may rate-limit requests to protect the platform, and we may rotate or revoke keys if we detect abuse or a security risk.

Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, impose limits, or modify features, and message delivery times and success rates may vary and are not guaranteed.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, create risk to the platform or its users, or engage in unlawful or abusive activity. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and unused credits may be forfeited where permitted by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZADX SMS disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or messages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
