Recipient data and our role as processor

When you send messages, the recipient phone numbers and message content you provide are processed on your behalf. You are the controller of that data and are responsible for having a lawful basis and recipient consent. ZADX SMS acts as a processor and uses that data only to deliver your messages and operate the Service.
